Our sauce is a very high quality product prepared according to traditional Italian recipes.
For preparation, we don’t use meat derived from processing, but the entire rabbit, boned and ground just before cooking.
Said process allows this wonderful meat to preserve all the characteristics that make it unique, creating a delicately flavored sauce. The ingredients used (ground meat, vegetables, etc.) are first cooked in a brazier, potted in glass containers, and finally autoclaved. The sauce is ready to be eaten, simply by heating it in a bain-marie and pouring it on hot pasta or rice, which it goes well with. Its flavor is enhanced when accompanied by a mildly flavored white wine.
